Projects are typically billed at key milestones (e.g., 30% upfront, 40% at midpoint, 30% on completion)
Invoices are due within 14 days
Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by South African law
We may pause work if payment isn't received on time
Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR)
Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise

We treat your information as confidential. We won't disclose proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive business data without your written permission, except when required by law.

Beyond the warranties above, services are provided "as is." We can't guarantee services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement you have.

Our total liability for any claim won't exceed what you paid for those specific services. We're not liable for indirect damages like lost profits or business interruption.

We offer a 30-day warranty for bug fixes after launch. Ongoing support and maintenance beyond that is available under separate agreements.

Either party can end the agreement:
30 days' written notice for ongoing services
Immediately if the other party materially breaches the agreement (after 14 days to fix the issue)
When the project is complete and fully paid
If the agreement ends, you pay for all work completed to that point.

These terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be handled in South African courts.
